1. Introduction
At UK Test Finder, we pride ourselves on providing a fast, reliable, and transparent service to help you secure your driving test date as quickly as possible.
Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a booking.
2. Customer Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your fast-track driving test booking, please note the following:
- Within 10 working days of booking:
All admin fees and DVSA fees are non-refundable. This is because once a booking process has begun, we immediately allocate resources to secure your test date and the DVSA does not allow refunds or swaps. - After 10 working days:
Admin fees remain non-refundable, as they cover the time, resources, and search effort already invested. The DVSA fees are also non-refundable due to DVSA’s own refund and change restrictions. - Using our service means you agree to these terms and understand that all fees are final once a search has been initiated.
3. Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and DVSA login details when using our service.
Failure to provide the correct information may delay or prevent a booking. UK Test Finder will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. External Factors (DVSA or Third-Party Issues)
UK Test Finder operates independently from the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency).
Occasionally, the DVSA may change or cancel driving test dates for reasons outside of our control, such as:
- Examiner unavailability
- Bad weather conditions
- Strike action
- Vehicle issues at the test centre
- DVSA operational changes
If your test is rescheduled or cancelled by the DVSA, they will typically offer you a new date directly. UK Test Finder is not liable for such changes.
5. Refund Request Process
All refund or reschedule requests must be submitted via our WhatsApp chat on the website.
We aim to respond within one hour and process valid requests as quickly as possible.
