By accessing or using our website (www.uktestfinder.co.uk) or any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
UK Test Finder operates as an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency).
1. Our Service
UK Test Finder provides a fast-track driving test booking service.
We search for earlier driving test dates based on your preferences and availability.
Our service includes:
- Searching for earlier driving test cancellations
- Assisting with test rebookings
- Providing updates and reminders via WhatsApp
Please note that we do not control DVSA availability or test centre scheduling.
2. Customer Responsibilities
When using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information and correct booking details.
- Ensure your DVSA account information is up to date and accessible.
- Check all details of your driving test booking carefully once confirmed.
- Respond promptly to our communication (usually via WhatsApp) so we can secure your preferred slot.
UK Test Finder is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
3. Fees and Payments
- All fees are clearly displayed before payment.
- Within 10 working days of booking: All admin and DVSA fees are strictly non-refundable. This follows DVSA guidelines, which do not allow refunds or swaps once a booking has begun.
- After 10 working days: Admin fees may become refundable or a swap may be offered, depending on our discretion, capacity, and availability. We always try to make customers happy, but this cannot be guaranteed.
- Payments are processed securely, and booking confirmation is sent via WhatsApp once completed.
By submitting payment, you agree to these terms.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Our refund and cancellation policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
In summary:
- No refunds of any kind are possible within the first 10 working days of booking.
- After 10 working days, refunds or swaps may be considered at our discretion and depending on availability. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
- If the DVSA cancels or changes your test date (for instance, due to strike action, weather, or examiner absence), they will usually offer you a new date directly.
- UK Test Finder is not liable for any cancellations or changes made by the DVSA but may assist in rebooking where possible.
5. Liability
UK Test Finder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including missed test dates, instructor unavailability, or DVSA cancellations.
We make every effort to provide accurate, timely, and reliable service; however, test availability and confirmation depend on the DVSA system and are beyond our control.
Our service operates on a best-effort basis. While we aim to find the earliest test dates possible, we cannot guarantee results or timing. We are not responsible for technical issues, third-party errors, or DVSA system downtime.
By using our services, you acknowledge that UK Test Finder acts only as a test-finding assistance service and has no direct control over the DVSA booking system.
